The scheduling feature allows you to visualise the workload of your studio and view capacity at a glance via a Gantt chart. You can see in an instant if you need some freelance help or to sell more work. You can view work scheduled across teams, employees and by project, as well as available days and upcoming holidays, and book in time against jobs. The easy-to-use, simple-click interface allows you to schedule jobs in seconds. Each employee can take ownership for their own schedule and every single project they work on. Periscope simplifies scheduling and resource planning which eliminates overrun and increases control.
