Time is your greatest resource, so it is vital to manage it wisely. Periscope’s timesheets offer a simple means to track time spent on a job and transform minimal data input into meaningful metrics. You are reminded each day to log your time against a job, so you can gauge on an ongoing basis how much of the project budget has been spent. By helping you to accurately record time spent on individual projects, Periscope ensures that job profitability can be measured and managed.

  1. Add project - select a project you have worked on to add time
  2. View timesheet archive - look back over timesheets for past weeks
  3. Show weekend - book time worked over weekends
  4. View week commencing - view your timesheets for past weeks
  5. Project list - Periscope automatically pulls in the jobs you are scheduled on
  6. Time - type in time worked in decimal-hours (e.g. 1.5 hours)
  7. Delete - remove a project from your timesheet
