Periscope support is nothing like the old-school model of “we’re here at the end of a premium rate telephone line ready to fleece you 24/7”.
Firstly – there’s loads of great advice right here – for novice and advanced users alike.
If you’re looking to get started we strongly recommend you look at the ‘Getting started’ section. If you’re wrestling with timesheets you might like to take a shufty at ‘Timesheets’… you get the picture.
If you can’t find what you’re looking for here you can submit any questions or feedback that you have through the ‘Feedback’ tab that appears on every single Periscope screen. That’s the huge button on the far left of your screen with the word ‘Feedback’ on it. Click it and enthuse. Click it and vent. Click it to suggest system enhancements. Just click it.
